This shower head is really good and very powerfull. Really awesome multifunction when removing the head great for cleaning the tub. The reason I could not rate a 5 was the head ended up cracking spewing water everywhere. There is a warranty included so I will be receiving a replacement. There customer service was excellent and very fast to respond!

I like the fact that the water pressure from the nozzle is pretty strong and is adjustable. Have a minor issue with leaking where it connects with the wall but just a matter of removing it and re applying plumber's tape to rectify the situation. Overall I'm pleased.

Pressure is obtained by making the spray holes very tiny. This for some reason creates ‘wind’ that makes you have to increase the water temp. The holes clog very easy due to the size. Causing the spray to go off in different directions. Replaced with a Waterpik PowerPulse 6 Spray that is 100% better.

I definitely like this product but I don't love it love it the only reason why I say that is because you have to be real close to it in order to get the full effect of it and the full temperature that you need because for some reason when it hits at the very end of the Stream it is a cooler temperature then when it's coming out of the face of
