Cancellation Policy

At Fine Shower Jet, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below for more information:

  1. Cancellation Before Processing/Shipping:
    • Orders can be canceled before they have been processed and/or shipped.
    • A cancellation fee of 15% will be applied to cover restocking fees and charges assessed to us by credit card companies for processing refunds.
    • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@fineshowerjet.com with your order details as soon as possible.
  2. Cancellation After Processing/Shipping:
    • Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
    • In such cases, the terms of our Return & Refund Policy will take effect, and customers are advised to refer to that policy for further instructions.

Invalid Reasons for Cancellation: Please note that the following reasons for cancellation are considered invalid and cannot be honored:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items.
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else.

Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with Fine Shower Jet to purchase all items in that order.
