I did have to adjust my mount since the handle on this one was a bit more narrow compared to my old one. The water pressure seems stronger and the wash spray is pretty even so far. My kids love using it.

I bought this to see if it would help with my dry skin and help keep water pressure even if my upstairs neighbors happen to take a shower at the same time I do. A success on both counts! It also looks pretty sleek. All that said, if you're looking for a really luxurious and physically heavy sprayer, I don't think this will quite fit the bill.
